Recognising and understanding through practises that can enhance menstrual awareness can help fertility and many conditions like endometriosis.
Pregnancy Yoga/Prenatal Yoga & Postnatal Yoga classes hep to prepare, bond, empower, restore and nurture.
Peri & Menopause classes to help navigate the journey.
No matter what your fitness level is or your experience the friendly classes, events and retreats are suitable for all. Classes include Asana (postures) Pranayama (breath work) Relaxation, Nidra.
A place to rest, restore and come home to your self. An antidote to our everyday lives, helping to reduce anxiety, stress and check in with your inner teacher and her wisdom.

Not wanting anyone to be left out Love Yoga Classes are also for the whole family. We run Family Yoga, Mum and Daughter Yoga, Boys do Yoga and Children's Holiday clubs as well as Birth Partner and Birth Preparation Classes and Wellness Yoga. Share the love!
